- 01Mental Management & Live-Fire Data Collection — Psychological Framing: Overcome match-day nerves and build a repeatable pre-stage ritual.
- 02Visual Planning: Learn how to breakdown USPSA stages for optimal efficiency.
- 03Stage Simulation: Run 3 to 5 official USPSA-style stages under true match pressure.
- 04Video & Timer Logging: Record splits, transitions, movement times, and stage hits.
- 05Diagnostics & Drill-Based Correction — Data Analysis: Dissect your stage metrics to isolate mechanics, footwork and transitions.
- 06Targeted Drills: Engage in specific live-fire drills designed to instantly patch diagnosed weaknesses.
- 07Isolation Training: Learn how to replicate match stress during your solo practice sessions.
- 08Blueprint Construction: Build a customized dry-fire and live-fire training plan with clear, measurable goals.

- USPSA approved Pistol
- 3 pistol magazines (single stack pistols should have double)
- Magnet on belt
- USPSA belt and approved holster for your division
- 400 rounds of ammunition
- Notepad and pen/pencil
- Seasonally appropriate clothing suited for strenuous activity on gravel/dirt
- Ear protection (electronic) / Eye protection

This course is physically demanding. Participants will engage in high-intensity movements, including sprints (rapid acceleration), hard stops (sudden deceleration), and leans (sharp body angling).
These activities place significant stress on the knees and lower back. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. If you have any pre-existing injuries or physical concerns, we can modify the curriculum to accommodate your needs.
